"There are people walking their dogs all of the time early morning, early evening, and in the dark. There’s always someone that you can visit with as you’re walking your dog, people are very gregarious in this neighborhood. The dogs have been trained behave and not be aggressive. I feel very secure in this neighborhood taking my dog for a walk without worry of an aggressive encounter. Dogs are leashed and picked up after. "

"I’ve lived in Fleming Island Plantation for 3 years now and it has been by far the most beautiful and well maintained area I have ever lived. The amenities (pools, splash parks, playgrounds) are places we use all the time. This is truly a place my children love. We’ve had amazing memories made here and we look forward to future memories being made."
