    "I have lived in this neighborhood for 3 years. I have easy access to Mason Ave. and Nova Road as well as other side streets. Very quiet neighborhood. We are centered in an area that can be rough but our neighbors are families with working parents and disciplined children. School bus drop off for high school and middle school. I enjoy my neighbors and the children. I feel as safe here as any other area and I have had no reason to feel other wise."

    "I used to live in this area and love the location to all of the various Daytona attractions. The beach is just a short ride away! There is a great park in the neighborhood with lots of basketball and tennis courts. "

    "Safety is Superb in this area, lots off officer lives around here. To do sports such as running, bicycle riding, skating and golf You couldn`t find a better place. Shopping and restaurants are super close either on Granada Blvd or International Speedway. Lots of dog owner in the neighborhood. New middle school in a mile distance. Parks are in a close distance(Blue Springs State P. is my favorite in 15miles, dozens of dog and recreational parks in a 10 mile distance and Orlando`s fun park are in 50 miles) The only withdraws are parking for guests, public transportation(if You live in Floridian towns You better have a car anyway) and lack of nightlife."
