In addition there is a lot of walking trails that allows for relaxing walks and pets enjoyment to the very best. Overall a great environment and absolutely well worthwhile HOA fees of only 129 dollars monthly. Finally, no CDD and reasonable tax rate for the many services rendered. "

    "My parents raised me and two other kids here. Weve lives here for about 15/16 years. We’ve never really had any problems. Theres a police and fire station nearby and there are always police patrolling. The neighbors always inform each other if theres a certain crime in the neighborhood but i can only remember two instances this happened in the course of 15 years. We always have neighborhood friends. But no one too invasive. "

The neighbors drive faster than the speed limit and i dont like that but everything else is great the the police station is close in my neighborhood in the downtown area if yoi should hopefully never ever need it"
