I enjoyed raising my children here who are now grown and none of whom still live in Florida. Having grown up myself up north, I can say that the weather here is joyous almost every day of the year. My neighbors are immensely considerate and add to the joy of living here. "

"Great walking path but 80% of people don’t pickup after their dogs. The park is nice and we run our dog around on a leash on the grass but it has a sign that says no pets like every other park in Coral Springs. Other people run their dogs around too, despite the sign. The dog parks are far and people don’t pick up after their dogs there either. "

"I’ve lived here my entire 20 years of life and one of the number one things I believe makes my neighborhood unique is that the golf course is right in my backyard. Peace and quiet throughout the mornings and afternoon, making the perfect time to play ball or go on picnics with the view of a golf course. "
