"I use to visit when my friend lived here. This is just adjacent to Brandon Park and Library on Parsons Ave and 1 block from Brandon hospital and very close to Rt 60. This is a perfect location to get to 60, I-75, Express way, Causeway, I-4 and all shopping and the mall. Several schools are closeby and near the Library which is good for children. The park makes it kid friendly and it includes a baseball practice court for kids where kids play matches almost every weekend in uniforms... The lakes around the property create a relaxing and beautiful environment. The community has a nice picnic seating facility facing the water and under the trees. The new HOA management is really gearing up and has taken several steps to maintain this community clean and neat above and beyond expectations. The swimming pool and the gym really help the youth who workout and take good care of their physique. Overall, this is a great place for anyone with or without a family at a convenient location. I'd like to buy a few homes as either investment or rentals in this community."
