Previous Buyer lost thier financing! Here's you chance to own a great home. This is a Wonderful home 2 blocks from the Manatee River. What a great place to be. Restaurants and shopping close by. Fenced in Back yard and Large corner lot..New A/C from 2015 and Water heater from 2016. The water softener installed 3yrs ago and is serviced quarterly. Remodeled bathrooms and tiled floor in the kitchen, And the roof is only 5 years old what a deal! Had the whole house re-piped 5/15/21 in Uponor pex which has a 25yr manufacturer's warranty. It is a Great biking community, and there is a boat ramp 2 minutes away. Bring your RV, BOAT, or extra cars in the non-deed restricted home. Close to Manatee Hospital on bus-line and close to schools. The river walk is a bike ride away and only a 15 minute car ride to the beach.. wow what a great place
