"They would like a dog area. There’s no area to just sit and relax. There’s no area for the kids to enjoy. There’s no quest parking space you only have three and quickly you receive a sticker on your window. You can’t have a family gathering in this place which is so sad. "

"We have lots of dog owners. The most important item is to make sure you pick up after your dog. Always keep on a leash. "

"I don’t think south Florida is a good place to raise kids. Mostly retirees. Boca is a very transient area with a lot of seasonal residents "

"need more community building in this neighborhood. Needs some community projects. Need green space for neighbors to meet and greet. Unfortunately, old golf course is being developed. Money over people in Palm Beach County."

"We know our neighbors and have infrequent get-together. lots of dog walkers and cycles as well as joggers. The big community unifier was the controversial golf course development and Hurricane Wilma. "
