Quaker Arts is a general occupancy community with 53 apartments for low to moderate-income individuals and families in Wilmington, De. The apartment community is UNDER CONSTRUCTION AND SCHEDULED FOR COMPLETION IN WINTER 2022. It consists of Efficiency, 1, 2- & 3-bedroom apartments and we are now accepting applications. There is a preference for artists; however, you do not have to be an artist to qualify. Eight (8) apartments are specifically adapted for individuals needing accessible (ADA) features and/or hearing and/or vision impaired features. There is art studio workspace in select apartments. We are pet friendly. Section 8 and most housing vouchers are accepted.
