"Easy access to downtown via Metro. Uber/Lyft always available, but not always faster than metro during peak commute times. Living in Capitol Hill, without a dedicated garage/parking, street parking can be challenging."

"Short drive to the interstate, takes me about 25 minutes to get to Alexandra everyday. Can go through Maryland which normally helps with traffic."

"It is very dog friendly. However, the dog parks are not fenced in. My dog is fine without a fence but if you are worried about your dog running away or into the street it is not great for that. "

"I only need a car because I don't work in the area, otherwise, you don't need a car. The neighborhood is unique because it's very people and dog friendly. The Nats stadium is right around the corner, and there's always something fun going on in the neighborhood. It's growing and close to the 395 (in case you have to drive to work like I do.)"
