Our home is one of the largest homes in the neighborhood. It is beautifully decorated for your enjoyment.
House is 2,700 sq ft. The house is a close 2.5 miles from the well-known National Zoo. Also, a quick 10 minute walk to the METRO station.

This is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath and a den "5 bedroom" it has a locking door in a quiet, safe, family friendly neighborhood.
2nd Floor: Master Bedroom, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms
Basement: 4th bedroom and den
$5,200 a month furnished.
Credit score needs to be above 720. You will need to submit a credit score and background check.

First month's rent and security deposit is due at signing. Rent is due on the 1st of the month.
