    "I live by the giant, 8th and O NW, I regularly walk to and from work (dependent on weather), and I work at 14th and Penn NW, a little less than 2 miles, hailing a cab has gotten easier from here to work, but if weather is bad and I use lyft and it’s less than $10 per way, this area also is conveniently located between Shaw and convention center metro stations"

I have a bus stop literally in front of my house. 11th St has a lot of great restaurants and bars, and U St and Shaw are just a quick walk down hill. Neighbors both old and new are friendly, if not on a first name basis. "
