The house is older and is likely not suited for someone who has just left the newer, luxury units. The house does not have those amenities.
The house is very well suited for someone who is looking for a unit that is private, secure and homey with courteous and respectful tenants- and an owner who lives on the premises and is available to the tenants 24/7.
Please see photos!
RENT: The rent for an individual is $1,475.00, including utilities (heat, gas, electric, hot water, cold water, taxes, sewer). For an approved per, a $25.00 per month fee.
DEPOSIT: First month rent, last month rent and security.
NO LAUNDRY: The apt does not have a laundry or hook-up.

APPLICATION- An application including credit, references, background check and employment history (if any) is required for consideration.
PETS: Cat or a QUIET dog-- only on approval.
Finally, I give all candidates who submit an application the contact info for my current tenants (they welcome the inquiries). One tenant is a local attorney, she's been here 4 years- the other a Darien school teacher, she's just starting out. This way the perspective tenant can make an informed decision.
Thank you for your interest.

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe teachers are amazing. I made some friends which is great. However, there are so many out of control kids that constantly make me not want to go here because most of class is disrupted by them. Great potential if those kids were under control or out of school. -7th grade studentStudent Review8y ago - Check out schools near 111 Grove St #1.

" I have lived here for a while and was unhappy until the new owners took over three months ago. Since then, so many positive changes have been made! I was not going to resign my lease but since takeover I’m very happy to be staying! In my opinion, most of the problem residents have moved and are moving out because of new ownership and they can’t abide by simple and common courtesy rules. This leaves way for a new beginning and I’m hoping great things to come! They are renovating all of the common areas and they are looking modern and clean. The outside of complex and grounds have never looked better. I feel very safe here and have never had any issues with my vehicle. New owners have responded quickly to any issues or concerns I may have had. They are extremely professional and timely. I don’t mind paying a little more for a nicer complex and better management that has higher standards for tenants, which means more professionals will want to live here! Good things take time, and I feel that after renovations this place will be difficult to get into because there will be no vacancies!!! I love the fact there is no smoking and they monitor the pet policy. Plus you are in downtown Stamford, it doesn’t get any better!!!"
