7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating Average3 of my children went through Henry James. As parents we only have rave reviews, it’s a superior school environment. All 3 kids truly enjoyed their time. Each grade is divided into cohorts based on 5 colors to allow for a more intimate experience, although there is blending for certain classes.Parent Review3y ago - Simsbury High School

"Mainly local and state roads with lots of traffic. Stop and go and lots of traffic lights. From Simsbury, there is no good way to quickly access the interstate highways. "

"Not a bad commute to Hartford and Springfield. Town is great with snow removal. Scenic drive..................."

"Lived here 20 years, attended Tariffville school. Very walker friendly area, few restaurants within walking distance. School is easily walked to. Sadly, St Bernards church closed, so a church is no longer in close walking distance. If you feel up to it, the center of Simsbury is a good walk, I've walked that far 5 times, most dangerous part, for biking/ walking, is the hill on 315, very narrow (bike?) lane. Tariffville park is also a great walk, has a baseball field, and river access. I do not suggest going downstream from Tariffville park as Tariffville gorge has strong rapids, but the park does make for a great start if paddling upstream and planning on just relaxing trip back, park closes at dusk and is closed for winter."
