A wonderful top floor 2 bedroom 2 full bath condo has so much to offer! With the high ceilings allowing the natural morning light to shine in on the Living/Kitchen/Dining area and afternoon light coming through the bedroom windows. Within the living room is a wood burning fireplace and two separate sliding doors that go out to a large balcony that looks out towards the pool. The balcony is a great spot to grow some plants or enjoy a Meal with the family. The bedrooms are generous and size and the Master bedroom has a dedicated bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub to help you relax. The condo is centrally located but pushed back from the street so it is a quiet place to live while being minutes to I95, Norwalk Community College, Crunch Gym as well as bordering towns of New Canaan and Darien. The unit has a keyless entry, smart thermostats and fire/carbon detectors. The apartment has plenty of storage space, which includes attic storage via the second bedroom. There is also bike storage and a secure dedicated storage space for the unit on the first floor. The unit comes with two parking spots and one is covered parking to help out in the winter with the snow. This unit should not be missed!
