"I began visiting New London 6 years ago and was pleased to discover the Thames River waterfront and the college-town feel of this tiny enclave in Southeastern CT. The city has a depth of history, yet percolates with creative artistic energy, while the culinary improvements have been daring and adventurous. New London has so much to offer people and children of all ages. Come see for yourself..."

"Former childhood resident;have family here still; poor pocket areas still exist. Excessive homeowner taxation based on home values; the "looks" of New London haven't changed much in years--everything looks old; if Pfizer leaves as well as the Military, the results could be disastrous economically.
