3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI thank god all the teachers at this school because some of the teachers and staff and Northglenn high school are super super nice and super helpful. Yesterday some students from Northglenn High school punched me but thank god there was a teacher that works at Northglenn High school by the red light by where these kids started punching me and than god she stopped and asked if I was ok and she also gave me a ride and she walked me to student relations where also these staff members are supper nice and helpful. 4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe school has many burned out teachers, stale lessons, and zero ideas of how to make the school have equal opportunities as all other public elementary schools get an Adams 12 school district. The school does fundraisers throughout the year but will not ask parents for field trip money because it’s always the same excuse, they’re too poor, and do not have the money for field trips or extra curricular opportunities. The teacher rarely give consistent communication, to be honest I have no clue the content my child has learned this year in fourth grade???? Tests are never sent home graded for math or English/writing, the only time you get an update is at parent teacher conferences. If your focus is a good education for your child and for them to be well prepared for secondary school, this is definitely not the elementary school to keep your child in! The majority of these children are going to choke in junior high school and by the time high school comes, it will be even worse for them.Parent Review1y ago

"A lot of dog owners and everyone is good at keeping their dog on leash or in their yard. There are cats that live in the neighborhood and none of the dogs have attacked or harmed any of them in the 2 years I’ve been here. "

"They would like the walkability and the access to all of the different parks and resources. They would also love how dog friendly mostly everywhere is. However, they would not like the amount of dog waste that is left in some places (left unattended, it prevents other dogs from wanting to “go potty” in those areas)"

"It’s very welcoming community, is the city, so you’re going to find that trash bins in your alleyway sometimes, however, the sense of family in the community is strong. Parents play with their kids in the park, people will gather for outdoor activities, jog, play with their dogs. For me, it’s a perfect blend. Just outside the mischief, but close enough when you need it."
