"There is NO really affordable quality living on the meager income median in this whole county. Greedy Realtors are over pricing everything, promising people tons of money to get the listing. Unfortunately out of towers and out of staters with loads of money, because of the natural beauty of the area are paying the high - way overpriced prices so it ruins the market for locals trying to live here and have a good life and take care of the community and one another. "
