Unfurnished without utilities for a minimum 6 month rental agreement can be made available for reduced monthly price.
Applicant has the right to provide the landlord with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR), as defined in §38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides the landlord with a PTSR, the landlord is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for the landlord to access or use the PTSR. The allies are all well maintained with interesting lighting and hanging potted flowers. There are two grocery stores with a block of my apartment.
