4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageBoth our children go to this school. My daughter is now going into 4th grade and my son will be in 2nd grade. We love this school and have appreciated the changes they have made to really prioritize student learning and development. It has undergone some dramatic changes recently including a ballot measure to increase funding but the new building and new staff have been able to really foster a positive learning environment for all levels of students. We love the diversity, we love their openness and communication, and we love the community that continues to evolve. The school and the community are relatively small and that lends itself to a better level of involvement from all stakeholders. Our daughter is on a "talented and gifted" type track and prefers a traditional academic setting so they have given her tons of support. Alternatively, our son prefers more activities outside the classroom and they've been able to integrate active styles of learning for him. Overall, especially through the pandemic, the school and the district have been incredible.Parent Review1y ago - Englewood High School

My kid struggled in another area school district and has done very well here. "Close to a park for dogs to play, neighbors are always walking their dogs. Quiet streets with not a lot of cars"

"Old Englewood is a great area to live in. It's easy to get anywhere in Denver that isn't east Aurora. The neighborhood between Broadway and Clarkson feels safe and most everyone is proud to own their home; there are hardly any houses that are rundown or store junk cars. A lot of the houses are on the smaller side(1,500 sq. ft.), but you actually have a bit of front and back yard with an alley in between the backside neighbors. The neighborhood has a nice mix of young couples to small families to people that have lived there 50+ years. The streets are wider than average with big trees everywhere. Broadway has been mostly redeveloped and looks/feels much nicer than a few years ago. It's definitely worth a look if this area is in a convenient part of the Denver Metro Area for you. "

"Area is centrally located with easy access to all major highways. Very safe neighborhood with great parks. Great area to raise a family. Very short drive to downtown Denver."

"Close to RTD Light Rail and bus lines. Easy access to mountains, downtown Denver and I-25. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe."

"Neighborhood is very quiet & safe. Both Private & Public Schools are nearby. The Community Invovement is Excellent with Great Neighbors of all ages. Great Parks in the Neighborhood for Families to walk to. Very close to shopping and major streets, but no traffic in Neighborhoods."
