Just a couple blocks to the town center, a block to the grocery store, few blocks to aviator pool. The pic with the green star shows the correct location.

Application fee $50/adult and background and credit check required. Owner pays HOA (MCA and townhome) including water/sewer, tenant pays gas/electric and phone/cable/internet and trash.

Lease between 9 months and 1 year preferred, with option to extend, we have had a couple of longer term tenants in this townhome, and provide advantageous extension offers to our tenants. On a case by case basis will consider pets with appropriate deposit/pet rent. Available early September- between Sept 1 -10.
