Sitting on a coveted corner lot facing a greenbelt, this stunning Voletta floorplan with an Urban Farmhouse exterior shows like a model home. The homeowner has brilliantly mixed texture with natural elements; soft grey paint throughout, with crisp white accents to create a sophisticated yet cozy atmosphere. The beautiful transitional style of this home combines the best of classic and modern ‘Prairie Fusion’ design. Nine ft ceilings and added windows allows for this home to flood with natural light. With over $40K in upgrades inside the home, it's ready for move-in. The inviting kitchen features Stainless Steel appliances, glass kitchen tile backsplash, and upgraded 42" cabinetry with glide-out trays, outlets, and a premium macchiato finish. It also has a cabinet-wrapped island with dual USB ports, an updated range hood, and an upgraded, black Quartz, single bowl undermount kitchen sink. The undermount task lighting in the kitchen provides an ample amount of light for cooking! Upstairs you'll find a stunning main bathroom that has an oversized walk-in shower with a European frame-less glass door. Both upstairs bathrooms have Quartz countertops, undermount sinks, and upgraded shower tile to ceiling with accent tile inlays. The unfinished basement has great potential. The egress window has a polycarbonate well cover that keeps inclement weather out while also allowing for an ample amount of light to the basement. This corner lot has a privacy fence, maintenance-free backyard turf, and a natural gas line for grills and fire pits. Other features in the home include: engineered wood flooring, a radon exhaust fan, 5-panel riverside-style interior doors, an updated stair rail, upgraded LED lighting, and a Honeywell Smart Home Hub that includes a smart security system on first floor! The garage is newly painted and has added windows and Rhino Steel shelving for storage. Great parks and trails nearby, as well as easy access to the Westminster light rail statin!

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy daughter was new to this school and I was worried about her fitting in and being up to speed with her classmates. Her teacher was outstanding with keeping me informed and putting my worries to rest. As a parent I was able to get involved as much as possible and the staff was very friendly and professional. My daughter seems to love the school and her teachers. The security is great I love that doors are locked all day long. The only bad thing I can say is staff does not stay out side long enough before and after school to ensure the safety of children with a public park right next to the courtyard I feel it's important to make sure kids get where they need to be safely and that kids aren't locked out before late bell. Other then that great school!Parent Review10y ago - Westminster High School

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe adults in the building don’t care about the students all they care about is getting paid, if they really cared then maybe the kids there wouldn’t be ditching and not showing up or maybe they wouldn’t have a 3 out of 5 star rating I don’t recommend sending kids here at all no kid that goes to Westminster high school is going to go to college they don’t teach you anything and what they do teach ain’t helpful for the kids GPA’s again I do not recommend sending your kids to this school.Other Review7mo ago - Check out schools near 2762 W 69th Avenue.

What Locals Say about Denver

"It’s a dangerous place. Gunshots, helicopters, SWAT teams, high people in the park, police raids every weekend. "
- Rob Kancilia

"My commute to downtown Denver is short and easy. Lowry is very conveniently located to both central Denver and DIA"

"A lot of dog owners and everyone is good at keeping their dog on leash or in their yard. There are cats that live in the neighborhood and none of the dogs have attacked or harmed any of them in the 2 years I’ve been here. "
- Sara Beldt

"Easy trails, small creek and lots of green parks with mature trees. Very peaceful yet plenty of young fun families that like to be outdoors. "

"Dog owners are everywhere! Very friendly, most people pick up after their dogs. Very few off leash. "
- Thomas Greene
- Resident

"They would like the walkability and the access to all of the different parks and resources. They would also love how dog friendly mostly everywhere is. However, they would not like the amount of dog waste that is left in some places (left unattended, it prevents other dogs from wanting to “go potty” in those areas)"

"Lots of people walking their dogs, everyone is friendly. Nice trails and parks nearby. Forty plus years in this area. "

"I used to love this neighborhood, but it has gone downhill the past couple of years. If I had children, I would not feel comfortable letting them play in the front yard due to cars consistently driving over the speed limit. "

"Many dogs in the area but plenty of safe areas to walk and parks to visit. Most owners are friendly and respectful. "

"It’s very welcoming community, is the city, so you’re going to find that trash bins in your alleyway sometimes, however, the sense of family in the community is strong. Parents play with their kids in the park, people will gather for outdoor activities, jog, play with their dogs. For me, it’s a perfect blend. Just outside the mischief, but close enough when you need it."
