Description

This property is not currently for sale or for rent on Trulia. The description and property data below may have been provided by a third party, the homeowner or public records.
Presently available - light and bright larger half-duplex near Kipling and 17th Ave with vaulted ceilings and mountain views. Recent remodel with new countertops, stainless steel fridge, d/w, stove, bathtub refinished, new vanity, and new paint throughout. Ceiling fans also added in bedrooms.

Property has a/c, extra closet space, and a private storage shed/building as well. The property is accessed from a private lane, away from street traffic with its own separately fenced private yard, and without street noise. Easy access to Kipling and Wadsworth. Better than big-box apartment buildings and townhouses lacking private yards, with remote parking, or waiting on elevators, etc. Also no monthly upcharges for parking, storage, and pets, etc as with big-box buildings so the quoted rent is what you pay.

People frequently comment on the privacy and lack of street noise here and no reason to share a floor and a ceiling with others above and below. Dogs under 20 pounds, no smoking. Phone calls are the best way of replying about the property, through the phone-number Zillow provides. Not a texter. Owner pays water, sewer, trash service, and for lawn mowing service. Tenant pays gas & electric.

Owner pays for Water, Sewer, Trash Service and Lawn Mowing Service.
