What I am looking for in Tenants.
I am an out of State owner, so there is no on site representative. Which means that in the eventual case of any maintenance issues, I need someone that can communicate efficiently with me over the phone and through email to problem solve. I'm not looking necessarily for a handy man to solve all problems, but someone who knows at least how to operate a Phillips screw driver and understands that if there is an issue they know there is not an on site representative. That if there is a problem with plumbing, electrical, etc.. I will have to call out for a tech and they will have to be around to let the Tech. in the Condo during the Tech's. time window.
No more than 2 Occupants. Great condo for young professionals.
Also, I am looking for the Tenant to be able to pay Monthly rent via electronic transfer. If you use Wells Fargo they offer the option to pay via electronic transfer for free, other Bank to Bank charge for the transfer. Pay Pay might be an option as well.
The current tenants are scheduled to exit on Oct 26th, 2015, but I will need to have the carpets cleaned, so Oct 28th is the date it will be available.
Showings for the condo will be this coming Sunday.

At this school i have been bullied harassed daily. people always try to expose and fight you. I am so glad i am in highschool now and i won’t ever look back at that school again. If you are reading this and other responses please look into ad many responses as you can from student that have actually gone here. 3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is amazing! I have two kiddos here one main stream and the other with social/emotional issues. The behavior support team is out of this world. They are always ready to support the teachers and give children needed breaks or whatever is written in their 504/IEP . The school academically is wanting every student to have a whole child education. They have so many supports for students….extra reading teachers, counselors, social workers. They break kids into groups so the attention they need can be given whether that is gifted, on grade level, or below. They really focus on the individual child’s needs. "Crestmoor park is a short walk and you'll see a lot of dog owners there. There is also a great path next to GW's football field that is a nice walk down to the "duck pond" near McMeen Elementary (cherry creek and holly)."

"There is easy access to the Cherry Creek bike trail, and if you like walking the dogs in the park there are several to choose from. Lots of dogs tend to be out walking around 8am and between 5 and 8pm. Not many places to dispose of your dog's business during walks though."

"In general, it is a fairly relaxed neighborhood. Kids are often left to play outside, walk to school or the bus on their own. Both Cook Park and Garland Park have nice playgrounds. Cook Park has an outdoor pool and a recreation center."
