"In my particular neighborhood, (Cross roads: Kiowa St. & South Limit) it feels safe and is quiet at night time. I feel comfortable letting my kids walk the dog by themselves during the day, (not too far away, of course!) Overall, I have no complaints since moving to this neighborhood! "

"There are plenty of nearby trails and dog parks. There is no heart worm incident originating locally. Ticks are very very rare, even on the foothill trails. Fleas are uncommon. Several great vets are in the neighborhood. "

"I own a house here, and have sense 2011. Very quiet neighborhood, and I have never had an issue with any of my neighbors. Everyone is friendly, and sociable. Close to Old Colorado city, and a lot of different restaurants, and independent shops. Great place to live, and raise a family."
