Due to its large size, the school struggles to provide individualized attention to each student. Teachers have the autonomy to implement their own teaching methods, grading systems, and offer extra credit, resulting in inconsistent academic experiences and disparities in GPAs. Unlike other schools in the district, Cherry Creek High School follows a rigid schedule with eight classes per day, limiting opportunities for in-depth learning. 9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis is our second year at Willow Creek. I’ve been impressed by the quality of teachers and staff at the school. Principal Whitney takes a strong interest in families. There is open dialogue between teachers and parents and strong parental involvement. My child enjoys the experiences at school and I feel grateful to be apart of the school community. My only complaint is the art teacher. My child doesn’t have a single complaint about interactions with any other teacher outside of art. In fact, I receive incredible feedback about teachers and administrators. These poor reviews go back years, and it’s upset that nothing has been done about it. "Traffic is traffic and it’s busy everywhere around Denver. It will take you 25 minutes to get to denver or an hour to get to evergreen. But it’s worth it. "
