    "It's not unique anymore it's over crowded, they build too many house but don't update the roads, they keep building even though the schools are overcrowded. Everyone's taxes are jumping sky high to pay for all the city maintenance fees for the new stuff. Our older community is suffering. I grew up in Brighton, and as an adult I have married and established my life here. I feel pushed out from this new growth, it's disgusting. I wouldn't raise a child here, i wouldnt put them in the school system. "

    "I love this quiet little neighborhood, with some winding streets and very short blocks in between. Close to everything we like to do, where we shop, grocery basically across Bromley which is a busy highway but we drive to shop because we can't carry all that much. Restaurants are all very nearby, some we can walk to but we walk a lot. I rate it good because I really haven't see many pets - might mean they're all well behaved or never wander which is good. I have no school-age children so have no input. Parks aren't close by but one of my favorites is along the river a very short drive. Not much into nightlife, but great restaurants and a couple of bars a few blocks down and over Main, along with a movie theater we love, our bank, etc. Close to downtown with a lot of little specialty shops. Already met someone involved in city government with lots of ideas for recreation, excercise and serious civic stuff. This area is immaculate although some nearby streets have mixed results. Haven't seen a lot of kids but time will tell after we move in. Congratulate us! Renting the most beautiful little house in the area!"

    "Currently live in Boulder County. There is a LOT to do in Boulder County but the commute to work in Brighton is just too long. We are moving here soon. Kids are grown so school system here means nothing to us. When you want a night out on the town, drive the 20 minutes into Denver and have a nice dinner and catch a show. Then come home and be thankful that you aren't paying the high taxes of Denver or Boulder County and enjoy your reasonably priced homes."
