"I am new to the neighborhood so I am just learning more about it. I haven't been able to find what makes it unique quite yet. I guess all the service roads behind homes, private access to your home is pretty cool."

"There are nice homes with big backyards. Our two pups love their new yard. If your dog is a fan of the mountains, know that it's a long crappy drive there from this location. That's where the foothills win in my book. Neighborhood is pet friendly -- Aurora, however, does have strict rules on breed."

"I'm not a parent but I guess it would be to really check out the neighborhood you're moving to if around here. Yes, it is a flourishing neighborhood, but if you go a street over, it may not be the best area. Located close to the hospital is a perk."

The neighbors are quite, easy going and friendly. They help each other in the winter and watch out for one another without an organized neighborhood watch program in place. Just love the area and my home"
