    "I was raised in 'Meadow Creek' area, attended Indian Valley, Las Lomas & after 50 years, the neighborhood is still as it was then. In the spring, there is a choir of crickets, bullfrogs, toads & sweet birds with such sweet smelling, clean air & heaven-like stillness & peace. Jeffrey Ln. is as if an isolated pocket of the best of America - wholesome, beautiful, quiet & an ideal place to raise children as there is only one way in and one way out on the lane. As such, there is little outside traffic, making the street safe for bike riding kids and cats on the prey. The resident soil is rich, dark & hearty which makes creating a beautiful garden a breeze. Our old home (1957 custom built), has a peach, apricot, young apple, lemon & 2 orange trees along with a swimming pool & tall palm tree given to me as a baby gift. The house needs updating, but it was built by my grandfather, a well-known S.F. contractor who worked on spec homes in S.F. & the palace movie houses, as well. A brick exterior, it is soon coming to market. Time to grow a new family..."
