Calling all investors and those seeking a residential compound! This residential multi-family triplex has so much to offer ~ set on almost 3/4 of an acre, there is a three bedroom, one bath house at the front of the property (currently used as a two bedroom) with its own fenced yard and a two story, two unit building behind also with its own fenced yard. The bottom floor unit has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and the top floor unit has three bedrooms, 1.5 baths. This is a great property for horses, featuring a large 1500sf barn that has electric and the added bonus of a 50amp RV electric hookup. Between the two dwellings there is a storage and laundry room and there is plenty of parking on the property. The location is super convenient to Ventura and Ojai, the Ojai bike trail, and minutes from the beach and the mountains! Don't miss this opportunity at a great price!

The weather is great and so are the beaches. The Avenue has great shops, restaurants, and gathering areas. Always lots of people to meet. I’d highly recommend checking out Ventura ! "

"The location is great. Central to many restaurants, bars and stores. It’s a bit noisy with the hospital near by - lots of ambulances and cop sirens. Not much of a neighborhood. I’ve lived on Catalina for 2 years and don’t know any neighbors. Wet few people come out of their homes and not very welcoming. "
