    "I had lived there a few years ago. It is one of best areas in E. Ventura - safe, quiet and convenient. It is very safe day and night. My expensive electronics ordered online was left on the door steps for three more weeks. When I returned from my extended trip, it was still there. Neighbors are very friendly and nice. I will move back again when opportunities arise."
