Description

This property is not currently for sale or for rent on Trulia. The description and property data below may have been provided by a third party, the homeowner or public records.
I love this house but I've got to move due to new military assignment to KY.

This house is in the best part of the neighborhood. This is one of only two houses on this street block. The house across the street is listed for 369k (this is a nice neighborhood).

It takes me 15min (not speeding, to get to the base)

Very open design, high ceilings, huge lot, fenced yard.

"I live on base, don’t recommend any dog parks. Always seems to be dog fights. Most people won’t pick up their dog’s poop although there are trash bag dispensers everywhere. It gets to 100° by April, so invest in good dog booties or be prepared for 2AM walks."
