"I am rating the Broadmoor Park Townhome Association. This is a wonderful place to live. It is very clean and well maintained. The gardeners are here twice a week and keep this place looking its best. It is quiet. The association is pet friendly which is a HUGE plus. The properties are all independently owned so you deal directly with the owner. There is property management, however, to address any issues with the community itself. The conversations have always been pleasant and any concerns I've had have always been addressed and corrected. You cannot go wrong living here. The neighborhood is also a big plus. It is clean, quiet, and the neighbors are friendly. Again, I am reviewing this little area of Tustin - on 1st between Newport and Red Hill and Mauna Loa, the small back street that intersects 1st. "

Lovely landscaping and exceptional police, fire and medical services. "
