9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI have two children at MHHS (10th, 12th), and so far they have been very happy with the curriculum and the school culture. Communication with parents is good, and staff is friendly and helpful.Parent Review1y ago - Hansen Elementary

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AveragePost pandemic the education at this school has suffered. Teachers are highly dependent on materials created by others online and some do not seem knowledgeable nor energetic about teaching. Children continue to do well on standardized tests as parents are making up for the lack of teaching at school with tudors and teaching at home.Students seem to have a positive affinity for each other. While I do not recommend this school for high academic achievement, the children seem generally happy with each other and actively participate in extracurricular activities.Parent Review7mo ago - Check out schools near 282 E Bella Serata Ave.

"Safe, cute, neighborhood. It is fun to love here. People are respectful and diverse. It is green, people can walk around."

"I used to work in Tracy and did a reverse commute to Tracy from San Ramon. I've seen a lot of growth since then. Neighboring Mountain House was just being developed. Now, Tracy is booming and real estate values have gotten out of hand even for Tracy. The Tracy Hills development is crazy expensive and there is currently no infrastructure there. If you can afford to live in Tracy, the Redbridge area of homes is best. Reminds me of a bygone era of tree lined streets and and beautiful homes with some being semi-custom. There is not a lot to do here, the mall is small and the only restaurant that is worth going to is Texas Road House. Most residents would likely travel to Livermore's downtown less than 20 mile west to enjoy great food and wineries. All in all, this is a "bedroom community" with a lot of commuters heading out as far as San Jose to work yet wanting to afford a home and build some roots."

"It is quiet and peaceful here. Other than the screams of children and the occasional barking dog, it is eerily quiet here. We’ve lived here two years and enjoy living here."

"Mountain House is good for very young children, but school age children find it boring as there is no downtown area or attractions, not even a grocery store or gas station. The weather is also very hot sunny and windy, so being outside can often be unpleasant for about half the year except for dawn and dusk in the summer. "

"Music festivals bring in local musicians and musicians from the area. The music is very good and they set out chairs for you and there are a variety of food sold from trucks and beverages. Also the local restaurants are open and cater to the crowd. Farmers markets are nice to go to to support local farmers. There are many other events including Tracy Lions groups breakfast fundraisers. They have ball draws and events at the Elks Lodge. Check the Tracy Press online for more."

"We don’t have community events here other than garage sales or neighborhood forum on social media. Where the people of Tracy reports things that are happening in our area. Sometimes it’s positive other times it can be quite alarming, but despite all of that I still love it here. Within 5-10 minutes we have multiple banks, DMV, Mall, Movie theater, car dealership, Costco, target, homegoods, Marshall’s, Home Depot, target, Walmart. Etc"
