Description

This property is not currently for sale or for rent on Trulia. The description and property data below may have been provided by a third party, the homeowner or public records.
One of the biggest and rather private units in the complex, away from the street and the driveway.

As part of the renovation/restoration the unit has been completely re-piped. No more water pipe leaks as are far too common in this complex. Bathrooms have new faucets on the sinks, new no-scolding Shower/Tub faucets and new low-water toilets.

A new heater has been set and all new ducting put in. The system is AC ready, pending its new owner setting the condenser unit.

New carpet/linoleum in all rooms. Lovingly restored wood in Kitchen and living room.

Lots and lots of storage in the double wide garage and under the stairs. Attic holds the heater and provides more storage space. Spacious master bedroom with vaulted ceiling, with a large 2-door walk-in closet and a balcony. Master bathroom has dual sinks. Big closets in the other 2 bedrooms. One of them had been used as office.

Gated community. Complex has a pool and spa. Guest parking is available. Security is checking in during nights.

What Locals Say about Torrance

  • Trulia User
"I have lived in the neighborhood for 20 years and seen many changes. Older homes are being torn down and replaced by two on A Lot. I don’t think there’s one house in the neighborhood that sells for less than $800,000. The area is very walkable to grocery stores, retail outlets, a lovely park, and public transportation. The neighborhood is very dog, friendly, but other than that very few neighbors know each other there are no community events "
