"Extremely well maintained roads. I have never experienced this is LA, coming from Malibu it’s a crazy difference. Lots of horses, birds, and overall feels very safe. A very peaceful area. My only wish is for an organic market, and more restaurants. But it’s super easy to get too Studio City for those things (15-20minutes) "
