"Lived here for a few months now. Neighbors are friendly. The neighborhood seems relatively quiet so far. I love the older homes and the tree lined streets. There are a few restaurants and stores within walking distance. Can’t wait until the little grocery store reopens. Lots of people decorate for holidays. There were tons of trick or treaters on Halloween. Victory Park is great place to take the kids or to exercise. "

I love the many mature trees and beautiful two parks I live near! The homes are all unique and most are 100 years old, or close to it! It just lacks the feeling of being safe!"
