Not sure which neighborhoods would be best to avoid the crush of out of town people on weekends and in the winter and summer. "

    "hahahahaha...the commute is perfect until the weekend comes and the influx of visitors outweighs the capacity and infrastructure of the greater Tahoe area. Summer or Winter, your Tahoe 3-5 minute commute may be more like 6-9 hours, or like the February 2019 commutes I have experienced? You might make it home in 3 days despite living less than a mile from work. Good Luck!"

    "We know all our neighbors and their dogs. People walk their dogs daily around our neighborhood and stop to say hello. It’s an extremely dog friendly neighborhood. The only thing people are aware of is our bears and coyotes. "

    "Friendly neighborhood with local amenities near by. We have a small lake near by where we can kayak, swim, or sit and enjoy nature. On a daily basis we can observe wild animals scurry around. I like the small town feel and the ability to drive to Stateline for concerts or gambling. We get quite a bit of snow in the winter so if you don’t like shoveling snow then this is not the town for you. "

    "Family recently moved into the park. The Management and Staff in the Park is Over the Top. The Park is very clean and safe. TheTeam on hand have great customer service and know what they are doing. I am very proud to live in the park. Everyone gets along and there are no sour apples if you knoe ehat I mean. I feel that we are very lucky on living here in paradise. Its a gem!"
