"Despite the affordable housing in Simi Valley, it’s a beautiful city. Most cities with affordable housing look like low income neighborhoods. I think the fact that Simi looks clean and has nice landscaping while being affordable makes it unique."

"I've lived here for 10yrs now. Would not recommend this side of Simi Valley. Check police records for safety. Schools are terrible! We are trying to get out. The bad economy makes it difficult."
