The school has been very supportive of my kids and has welcomed my input. "I have lived here over 20 years and it has evolved slowly to a more dense housing and better shopping areas near by. The major issues are insuring new residential building is limited to the property surrounding in that area. This is a rural area and the nearest local hospital is horrendously expensive."

"Close to us 50 - can be congested from el dorado hills to Sacramento. No fast way to commute to Placer or Nevada county. Less than 2 1/2 hours to South Lake Tahoe. "
