Rio Seco JH has some very good teachers, however, the students are deplorable. There is a lack of moral character that is widespread among the students and how they treat each other. There is a lack of human decency among the students that is disturbing. I don't know if it's a sign of the times or a widespread issue with this area, but the students are not being raised to have empathy, kindness, and respect for other people. "We have dog pick up bags around the neighborhood! Most everyone picks up after there dog here. The neighborhood is hilly and makes for a great walk for dogs. We have not seen aggressive breeds. Most owners are friendly as well!"

"I like how my area has a lot of shops and amenities near by but there are a few things that are missing that I would like. Other than that there are a few homeless people in the area and some unpleasant people around. A lot of drivers are aggressive and not courteous, and I wish there were better sidewalks for people to walk safely on."
