Former owners include Ray & Joan Krocs Double Arch Ranch aka Rambling Oaks Ranch from 1966 to 1990. After Mr Krocs death in 1984 the ranch was purchased by Gerald Kessler of Natures Plus Vitamins in 1990 and renamed the Circle K Ranch. The rich and storied ownership dates back to the granting of Rancho Canada De Los Pinos in 1861.

"This area is amazing. Wonderful public school. Ballard is an exceptional school run like a private school because it is it's own district. So safe in all neighborhoods. Recreation includes sports of all kinds, hiking, hunting, fishing, lake activities, outdoor theater, movie theater, casino, spas, modern YMCA, 5 golf courses within 20 minutes, great independent restaurants, and wine tasting excursions."
