"This area is a highly desired location because of the school system. There are people that will buy a place here as a second home and investment home just so they can send their kids to school in this area. "

"Not a bad neighborhood. As one of the best school districts in the area. Will people want to move to this area for that reason. It’s far enough away from the big city life but close enough to get shopping done. lots of hiking trails and parks for active people to enjoy. "

"There is alot of gang activity and a large homeless population here, the police are not able to do anything about it. The homeless epidemic hit santa rosa hard, and this part of Santa Rosa needs more police. I have been the victim of crime here 3 times in the last year. Police and City of SR please pay more attention to this part of town."
