8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOverall, pretty okay for high school. Lots of homework for the first three years (I am a senior) but it gets better 4th year. I feel very prepared for college academics wise. Good LGBTQ+ rep too, the student population is mostly indifferent/accepting. The only large problem is the amount of bathrooms. There are only 4 bathrooms (2 for girls, 2 for guys) available at all times to 1,500+ students, which obviously is not great. 4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI don’t understand why they have a low rating. Equity shouldn’t even be a rating. Equal opportunity should be the metric. You can’t force people to have equal outcomes. It’s completely ridiculous to think that is possible. Plus, teachers can’t force parents to be involved and create an environment where a child thrives. Most low income parents are killing themselves just to make ends meet and keep their children fed. I highly doubt the teachers are creating more opportunities for success to the wealthy students. "The neighborhood is great, but the number of young families is diminishing. Cost of housing is too high for most young families. This is not good for sustaining good elementary schools and child-friendly spaces. Hope things turn around quickly or this area will be a 55+ community soon."

"I’ve lived in this area 6 years. People are friendly and courteous hen you see them. A good portion of the neighbors are good about keeping their places up and seems to be tidy. Several good stores and restaurants locally. "
