Description

This property is no longer available to rent or to buy. This description is from August 27, 2021
Wonderfully remodeled Miraleste Pines home located high on the hill on the San Pedro-Rancho Palos Verdes border. You'll love it from the moment you pull up. The attractive landscaping, large driveway and brick porch create a great look from the curb. Walk through the front door with double side-light panels into an impressive formal entry that was created by opening up one of the original bedrooms (closet is still in place and could be returned to its original use as a 4th bedroom). Attractive wood laminate flooring runs throughout the main floor and up the staircase to the second level. Spacious living room offers ample windows to let in the natural sunlight and enjoy the views. Walk through the formal dining area to the remodeled galley style kitchen that features bright white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, breakfast area, walk-in pantry and laundry closet. On the other side of the main floor are the spacious secondary bedrooms and an upgraded full bath with white tile finishes. Custom staircase takes you to the upper level where you'll find the HUGE 516 sq ft master retreat that features vaulted ceilings, sunlit sitting area, walk-in closet, large full bath with spa tub and sliding glass doors that lead out to a wrap-around balcony offering wonderful views of the harbor, mountains and ocean. For those who work from home a cozy office completes the upper level. Low-maintenance backyard includes a covered patio, grassy area and partial views of the harbor and ocean There's a two car attached garage, driveway parking for another 4 cars and a parking area on the side of the house for a smaller RV or other weekend toys. Additional features/upgrades include dual-pane windows, central heat & air conditioning, recessed lighting and vinyl fencing. This home has a great vibe and is move-in ready!

"San Pedro has a vast amount of history here. With its many breathtaking sceneries around the city, there is a considerable amount of diversity here as well which makes for a very prideful place to live. "

"Pros: Beautiful views, housing prices You definitely have to be ok with noise living here. Noise such as year round, nightly fireworks, motorcycles + loud pipes from 7am-midnight, constant dog barking. Upside, housing is cheap… Probably due to the fact that anyone who has ever lived anywhere else isn’t go to stay and allow random explosions to be part of their daily life. The neighborhood is extremely dog friendly. If you don’t own a dog, you will once you move here. Only problem is, the number of dogs you end up owning is dependent on how many dogs your neighbors have. You end up disciplining and listening to your neighbors dogs around the clock and throughout your home here. Another upside is you don’t have to care about the comfort of others! You can be as disruptive and ignorant as you want and your neighbors won’t expect any better 👍 Cheers and happy home hunting! "

We call the police often. We are trying to help make the neighborhood better. And as sure as I am writing this, I hear, a homeless man outside yelling to himself, about 700 feet away. Go figure!"
