My first year has been very positive, her teacher was great and the PTO seems to be very engaged and active. "the neighborhood is close to several schools and downtown. Bus stations and BART are very close, making it easy to get to many other parts of the city and the greater Bay Area. Highways 580, 238, and 880 are all very close. "

"Lots of other dog owners. Non complaints. Always nice to see people out walking their dogs. I suppose the only real threat posed would be fleas. My cats don’t go outdoors and they got fleas so we think we brought them in from the complex."
