"I used to lived in 1060 S 3rd street. I would not recommend to rent here. It consistently has issues with homeless intruders and car crime even you park inside the gate. It is not safe to have packages left at your front door. Stray cat are also a problem in this community, they poop everywhere in the garden bed and flys are everywhere. "

"The schools nearby are terrible. There’s a fair amount of crime, even if it’s non violent, like vagrants roaming, druggies , people stealing cars and packages, going into backyards at all hours of the night, cars parked literally everywhere, abandoned cars that the city refuses to care about oh and lots of child molesters and perverts nearby. "

"Too much construction (extended). I. The direct flight path of the airport, and right next to the railroad tracks. You get used to it, and the homes are new and over 2k sq ft. Just depends if you can live life in paradise in the hood. "

"Long drive in traffic driving myself solo in my car. 1 hour to go 35 miles at least, easily longer in afternoon. the commute and traffic is the major reason I want to leave the area. traffic getting to and from work and traffic on the weekends....you can't get a break. "
