"No events, awful neighborhood, a lot of crime and Mobil homes around. Landfill smell is unbearable! Horrible place to call it home! "

"I’ve lived in this area for two years. People are friendly, and it’s quiet and safe. Plenty of young people living around, but also many families. It’s a place for all!"

"The Guadalupe trail has snakes. Nothing serious but it is annoying. But it is a really nice area for running "

"Been here for about a year. Good neighborhood just wish there was more lights around especially in certain areas. For those walking dogs during the evening bring flashlights due to minimal street lighting. "

"There are many families in our area. Be sure to look at what matters to you and yours - make sure your area provides it. We lack local playground parks, and schools without having to drive out. An area of grass is not a park. We currently live in an apartment area where there has been constant construction since we moved in two years ago (still hasn't stopped). "

"There's a mix of beautiful nature, luxury apartments, and tech companies. it mixes the tech culture of Silicon Valley with the beauty and laid back culture of all of California. There are also a lot of immigrants from India, China, and East Europe. There are some good Indian restaurants around here and some incorporate fusion with other Asian cuisine or even Mexican cuisine!"

"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for 4 years. It’s got a nice blend of people and lots of young families. I love being so close to trails, walking distance to good coffee and target, and there is a great playground near us. It’s been a great fit!"

"I’ve lived here 5 years. It’s usually a quite neighborhood, but during good weather they become festive. It’s actually kinda nice. Lots of kids. Lots of trees, 3 swimming pools, one right across the street. Big basket ball court and grassy area. "

"Lots of trees! Near everything - within 5 min drive. Easy access to mass transit. Near Levi Stadium, Great America and Santa Clara Convention Center. Center of high tech industry. 7 degrees cooler than surrounding areas (close to bay), South Bay has several accessible nature trails and preserves. Easy access to all freeways. Low crime area. "

"I love the parks and not facing traffic to go to work. You have everything near here. It’s near the airport but not enough to get noise."
