Great location with easy access to Muni (right infront of the building), CalTrain, 101 and 280, Whole Foods, Safeway all within 2-3 blocks. Also just blocks to Oracle Park, home of the SF Giants. Parking is available for $250/month additional. Owner pays for trash, water, and sewer. Tenant pays for gas and electric and move in/out fees ($500). Application fee of $35 for credit check, etc. Enjoy the full service life in the heart of SOMA. Security Deposit is one month rent. First and last month rent plus security deposit due to at sign in. Many bus routes converge here and the Cal- Train make it a transit hub. Looking forward to the central subway being finished soon! It is also sunnier & warmer than many other neighborhoods. Yes, there are homeless people everywhere, however this seems pervasive throughout SF"
