Description

1541 Sacramento is a trophy Edwardian 7-unit building in a coveted Nob Hill location, steps from the many shops and restaurants along the vibrant Polk and California Street corridors. The property consists of 7 spacious 1-Bedroom apartments, a utility room/office, enclosed storage, 1 car parking, and a deep backyard. Two of the seven apartments will be delivered vacant. The four units in the back of the building have nice city-view outlooks. The building has been meticulously maintained, and the soft-story seismic upgrade has been completed. Public and private transportation are located in the immediate vicinity, with easy access to downtown. Some of the city's most popular cafs and restaurants, like Acuerello and Swan's Oyster Depot, are within a block or two. This is a rare opportunity to acquire a unique property with tremendous long-term upside in one of the San Francisco's most desirable neighborhoods.

"Nice neighborhood. Very quiet and pretty. Not as many homeless here as the hills are too challenging for them most likely🙃"

"Seems like lots of dog owners live in this area. May not like the fact that there aren't many grassy patches like living in the suburbs. "

"no trash cans for blocks. I get it, it sucks. Go to a city council meeting. Stop leaving your dog poop bags all over our streets. Where's the dignity? Dogs everywhere, which I love, but the owners have become complacent due to the lack of city garbage cans. Time for a change. Speak up, tell the district supervisor. Something! I'm leaving because I'm fed up."

"Lots of transients coming up the hill from the Tenderloin. Trash everywhere. Dog owners through poop bags wherever. No trash cans anywhere nearby. Lots of traffic. Lots of construction. Young people drink heavily and often fight verbally at loud, obnoxious levels on the weekend nights. Very scarce parking. SFMTA does not mess around with ticketing. "
