Description

This property is not currently for sale or for rent on Trulia. The description and property data below may have been provided by a third party, the homeowner or public records.
**Not furnished** **Can consider short term lease** **only one parking spot in building**

Entire unit has been repainted. Recently a big construction project in the backyard was finished and the garden will be redesigned shortly. Video shows new color scheme throughout unit and we'll be re-creating the backyard garden shortly.
Fantastic luxury condo steps from Fillmore. Brand-new terrace with fire pit & wardrobe room - check the photos! Use the share bikes across the street to bike ten minutes to Market Street (Twitter, Uber). From here you can walk to Fillmore, Divis, Hayes, Van Ness.

First floor condo - which is one level up from the ground floor. Elevator and easy stairs down to very secure garage with one car parking and bike storage room.

Main "room" is a 17' high open area. One bedroom, kitchen, laundry and bath downstairs.
Master bedroom upstairs. Outside the master there is a large space that could be an office / library or bedroom area for a small child (its an open area with no door, perfect for a crib). Its also fine for two friends but because the "third bedroom" is not fully enclosed, it wouldn't really work for three adults.

There are enclosed, glass fireplaces in the upper level bedroom and in the main room. The master bath has a jacuzzi tub.

NOT FURNISHED. Photos show previous furnishings.

Renter pays utilities and is required to maintain outdoor plants

"the area is so windy. I'm not a dog owner so I don't have to much to say about that, but it seems like they are happy because there are a lot of dogs in my community."

"Good weather, good restaurants, walk to several movie theaters, grocery stores close by including Safeway, a Korean market, Japanese markets, & an Indian market. Close to work in the Civic Center."

"I've lived in Nopa for almost a year. Everyone in my building is friendly and helpful (and most are dog owners). It's common to see lots of people out for walks with their kids or dogs. I live across the street from Green Chile Kitchen and diagonal from Matching Half cafe. Both are great restaurants and bring in many to our community. This neighorhood is very transit-friendly - close to the 5, 21, & 31, and it is a 15 min walk to the Duboce Park muni station. And, I love that I can walk to Castro, Alamo Square, the Haight, and Golden Gate Park! In addition, we are close to the Divisadero shops and restaurants and within walking distance to the Trader Joe's/Target off Masonic."
